FSJ 6" Full Size Spring Pack Lift Kit

Rusty's designed the FSJ 6 inch after getting many request for more lift without doing a spring over. Rusty's used over 30 years of knowledge and the technology we used on our successful 4 inch FSJ to design the Rusty's 6 inch suspension kit. We used 3-D computer modeling to design a suspension system that would retain a good ride, offer great articulation as well that would hold up through the most sever off roading. Most other companies have bought our designs or either copied, make sure you don't accept anything less, buy Rusty's. Rusty's FSJ springs are built in North America, the 6 inch front springs are a 5 leaf design, tapered leafs ends that reduce inter-leaf friction, shot peened, and anti-friction pads to reduce stress and increase spring life. The Rusty's front springs have 310 lbs. spring rate. The rear springs are a 6 leaf design, tapered leafs ends that reduce inter-leaf friction, shot peened to reduce stress and increase spring life and anti-friction pads and load testing ensures each spring meets the required specs. The Rusty's rear springs have 400 spring rate. Only the best in rubber or poly bushings are used. There is not a better spring built. The remainder of the Rusty's kit consist of all 9/16 grade 8 U-bolts, cast iron 2 inch tapered blocks, a drop pitman arm, and high quality stainless steel brake lines. To finish up the Rusty's kit a set of specially valved and correct length shocks, manufactured by Tenneco, the worlds largest shock manufacture, give a quality ride and an emphasis on off road performance.
